Our one-on-one, home tuition will help develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing the joints.  We encourage our clients to engage their minds as well as their muscles. Blending elements of Pilates, Core Stability and Body Conditioning our sessions will explore exercises geared towards strength and flexibility, through a focus on posture and body alignment.
